Step 8: After that, keep the WiFi router in the idle state for some time like 5-7 minutes. 

Step 9: Then, connect your modem and WiFi router to the power source again.

Step 10: Now, turn on the modem and the router again, and let it get started completely.

Step 11: Now, check if you would be able to connect Kindle Paperwhite to the WiFi.

Step 12: If this has not resolved your issue, then you should Reset Kindle paperwhite.

Step 13: Press the Power button of Kindle for around 40 seconds.

Step 14: This will open the dialog box on the screen with different options. 

Step 15: Select the option of the Reset.

Once your Kindle Paperwhite be resetted, you will have all the settings to the factory default. Therefore, you will again create the connection between the Kindle and the WiFi and your issue will be fixed.
