  • Firstly, connect your Kindle device to the computer. Now, browse the Kindle software update pages from your preferred web browser and look for the latest software.
  • Download the file and then move it to the Kindle device.
  • Then, from your Kindle device click on the menu, Next, you have to open the settings and then select Update Your Kindle.
  • Confirm with the update by pressing the OK button.
  • Now, wait patiently, and then after the installation, try to connect to the wifi again.
  1. Forget The Connected Wifi network from your Kindle device;
  • To forget the connected wifi network, navigate to the settings menu. Then go to all settings and finally select the wifi and Bluetooth.
  • Click on the wifi network that your Kindle Paperwhite device is connected to.
  • Then select the forget option to disconnect from the wifi. Now again look for available wifi networks and connect to the one you were connected to before. 
  1. Reset to the default factory settings;
  • First, click on the settings menu, then from there select the All Settings option. Then choose the device options.
  • Select the reset option and then confirm it by tapping on yes.
  • Your Kindle Paperwhite device will reset in a few moments.
